Christians boast incessantly
Of their God's mercy and justice,
But if you ask me,
Their Creator's reputation
For jurisprudence is unmerited.
Can you imagine the uproar
If a judge were to sentence a man
To a lifetime in prison
For "Jaywalking?"
How is that any more absurd
Than condemning a man
To an eternity of damnation
For the sins of a lifetime?
